Sell PDFs online
A PDF is the simplest digital product to sell: an ebook, a guide, a workbook, a planner or a recipe collection. On GetIntoStores you upload the PDF, up to 256 MB, add a cover image, a description and a price in US dollars, and publish.
Before a listing goes live, our checks open the file to confirm it is a readable, unencrypted PDF, check the cover and the price, and confirm your payout setup. Then the listing appears on the home page under new releases, with its own page and QR code.
You can attach a separate free sample, such as the first chapter, so buyers can read before they pay. After purchase the PDF opens in the GetIntoStores reader on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web, and buyers can download it to keep. On website sales you keep 90%; Stripe pays your share to your bank on its regular payout schedule.
Questions and answers
Is there a page limit?
There is no page limit; the file can be up to 256 MB.
Can I sell an EPUB as well?
Yes. PDF and EPUB are both accepted for ebooks.
What about refunds?
A buyer can ask for a refund within 3 days (72 hours); after a full download, only if the file is faulty or not as described.
