Terms of use and sale

GetIntoStores is operated by ECONTEUR LLC. By creating an account or buying anything on GetIntoStores you agree to these terms.

When you buy a digital product you get a personal licence to use it in the app and to keep a downloaded copy for your own use. You may not resell, share or redistribute it. Ownership of the work stays with its creator.

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google and follow their terms. You can ask for a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of buying; once the full file has been downloaded, refunds are given only if it is faulty or not as described. See Access & refunds.

Creators may publish only work they own or are authorised to sell. Adult content, unlawful material and other people's private information are not allowed. A listing goes live as soon as it passes our automatic checks (file, cover, price, payout setup and the creator's confirmation of their rights); GetIntoStores reviews new listings after they go live and may remove listings or accounts that break these rules.

Selling: for each sale made on the website, the creator receives 90% of the sale price and GetIntoStores keeps a 10% commission; card processing is paid from GetIntoStores' share. Creators are paid through Stripe Connect after they complete Stripe's payout setup. Sales made inside the iOS or Android apps are settled by Apple or Google under their terms.
