Privacy & your data

ECONTEUR LLC operates GetIntoStores. We store your account details (name and email), a salted hash of your password, your purchases and library, items you save or follow, reviews and reports you submit, and files creators upload. If you sell, we also store the profile photo, wallpaper and up to eight links you add to your creator page, and any live-shopping session you start (the YouTube link you paste and the products you pin). Comments and likes you leave in a live session are stored with your account. Live video itself stays on YouTube; it never passes through our servers.

Card payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we receive the payment result, not your card number. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to request and restore in-app purchases and verify store receipts. RevenueCat receives your GetIntoStores account identifier and store transaction information so a confirmed purchase can be linked to your library. Creator payouts are handled by Stripe Connect, which collects the identity and bank details it needs directly from the creator.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, they confirm your identity and share your name and email with us; we do not receive your Apple or Google password. Account emails (such as confirming your address or resetting a password) are sent through our email provider, Resend. If you choose to see a price in another currency, the app asks the free Frankfurter service for the European Central Bank reference rate; that request carries only the two currency codes and, like any web request, your IP address. The estimate is for comparison only and never changes what you are charged.

Sign-in tokens are kept in your browser's storage on the web and in secure device storage in the apps, until you sign out. Protected reading uses a short-lived, HttpOnly cookie. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from You in the app, or by following /delete-account. Deleting your account cannot remove a copy you already downloaded to your own device. Contact support@getintostores.com for any data question.
